Biography

The 2023/24 season has started with her highly-acclaimed debut as Ellen Orford in David Alden’s award-winning production of Peter Grimes at ENO. Further highlights this season include Strauss’ Vier Letzte Lieder with the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra, Ravel’s Shéhérazade with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra conducted by Jérémie Rhorer, and Elizabeth’s debut recital at the 2024 Edinburgh International Festival.

Debut solo album | Orchid Classics, 2021 From the seed of an idea in 2013, Elizabeth has researched, curated, and recorded this album of selected songs by the British composer, Samuel Coleridge-Taylor with the renowned pianist, Simon Lepper. The album showcases the breadth, delicacy, and imagination of Coleridge-Taylor as a song-composer, and is Elizabeth’s debut solo album, recorded and produced under lockdown in the UK.
